For mobile, there is rollover of the unused data to the next month, up to 3 months are accumulated like this. For example, I am using 20GB plan and I have 60GB available (Plus 1GB I chose as a monthly upgrade for a total of 63GB).
I got a new phone and it gave me a rebate and my mobile plan of 40%, my original amount is 29$/month (Minus my monthly upgrades of 2$) For a total of 16.20$/month.
Also for my internet, I got a nice deal I think it was on Christmas for 400Mbps download for 44$/month (Minus 6$ because of my monthly upgrades for a total of 38$/month).

Also, they sell phones, refurbished phones are in good condition and very cheap. I am using a TCL refurbished phone and it is working great.
